🔄 Return Eligibility
We accept returns on items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, sellable condition. To be eligible for a return:
Tamper-Evident Seals: Items must have all factory safety seals, shrink-wrap, and hygiene liners completely intact and untampered with.
Unused Condition: Due to the nature of haircare and cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns for any item that has been opened, pumped, swatched, or tested.
Original Packaging: The item must be in its original box or container as received.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot process a refund until the item is received and inspected at our facility.
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in hand-packing your order, but if your items arrive in less-than-perfect condition, we will make it right.
How to report an issue:
Timeframe: Please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date shown on your tracking.
Email: Send an email to sales@njspremium.com.
Details: Include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.
Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a store credit for the value of the item.
⏱️ Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to get your beauty favorites to you as fast as possible.
Cancellation Window: Please email us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel.
Processed Orders: Once a shipping label has been created or the order has been dispatched, we can no longer cancel or modify the order.
TikTok Shop Orders: If you purchased through TikTok, cancellations must be requested directly through the TikTok app and are subject to TikTok’s specific fulfillment timelines.

Because our products are used on the hair and skin, we maintain the highest hygiene standards. Once a cosmetic or haircare product is opened, it is no longer considered sterile and cannot be returned to our inventory. This policy ensures that every product you buy from NJS Premium is 100% fresh, safe, and brand new.
