📍 Shipping Locations
NJS Premium proudly ships to all addresses within the United States. We are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities to international destinations in the near future. Please check back for updates!
⏱️ Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays) from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email, including your tracking number, once your order has been dispatched.
📦 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

🌍 International Shipping
Currently, NJS Premium does not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work towards expanding our service.
📱 Orders Placed via TikTok Shop
If your order was placed through the NJS Premium TikTok Shop, it will be processed and shipped in accordance with TikTok's fulfillment guidelines and timelines. Rest assured, we will still ensure your products are dispatched quickly and reliably from our fulfillment center. You will receive tracking information once available through your TikTok account.
📮 Tracking Your Order
Upon shipment of your order, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can also track your order directly through your Shopify account or by using the tracking link provided in the email. For TikTok orders, tracking updates will be available via your TikTok account.
❗ Shipping Issues, Delays, or Lost Packages
While we strive for perfect delivery, occasional issues can occur. If you experience a significant delay beyond the estimated delivery time, or if your tracking information indicates a lost package, please contact us immediately at sales@njspremium.com.
To assist you promptly, please include your order number and a brief description of the issue in your email. We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and work diligently to resolve it.
